Written return and refund policy

Coffees sold as whole beans are not refundable.

Customers can cancel their purchase before being shipped. Once coffee has been shipped, customers can not cancel their purchase.

Privacy policy

We save personal data when you place an order in our webshop: Name, address, phone, e-mail address, IP address and the content of your order.

We need the name, address, phone, e-mail address and order content, because these data are necessary to deliver the order and inform you about the delivery. We register your IP address to validate your order and to avoid fraud in our webshop. We do not register your payment details since you enter those directly into the payment gateway Stripe.

We share your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and order content with the following companies DHL Express so that they can deliver coffee to you.

Shipping policy

We ship with DHL Express which takes from 1 to 3 working days to deliver.

Delivery times vary depending on end location and chosen delivery method. We do not guarantee delivery times.

We will place your order for the upcoming roasting day, once the payment is completed. The coffee will be shipped within max 8 days after roasted. We still advise that you may take 2 – 3 weeks to let the coffee degas before enjoying.
