In August we had a UBA Finca Capri.
A Washed Geisha from Colombia produced by Julio Cesar Madrid.
Café Uba pushes the boundaries of specialty coffee by crafting rare, high-altitude Colombian varieties through cutting-edge fermentation science.
With this Lot we can expect Jasmine, Orange and Black Tea.

In July we had a Janson Lot 1035.
An Anaerobic Natural Geisha from Janson Farm – Los Alpes.
With this Lot we can expect Red wine, Dark Cherry and Red grape.

Abu Coffee located at 1,550 m.a.s.l. in Canas Verdes, Boquete.

Finca La Joya – Heirloom Natural Nano-lot
Natural Heirloom produced by Samuel Ronzón.
A rare nano-lot of Heirloom, grown in Finca La Joya located at 1200 – 1230 m.a.s.l. in Veracruz, Meixco.
Produced by Samuel Ronzón – third-generation producer, known as the “mad scientist” of fermentation.
With this Nano-lot we can expect Dates, Plum, Cardamom with Whisky finish.

Janson Lot 933
A natural Geisha produced by Kai Jasnon (1600 – 1800 m.a.s.l.) Panama.
Lot 933 is a refined example of modern Panama Geisha—Raspberry, Blackberry at its core and pair with the Red Wine finish.
A coffee to enjoy during Easter.

Auromar Lot 3 Washed Geisha
March we have a Washed Geisha from Finca Auromar Lot 3 produced by Roberto Brenes in the highlands of Candela, Chiriquí at between 1570 – 1770 m.a.s.l.
Finca Auromar is the birthplace of three Best of Panama-winning Geishas (2013, 2016, 2023) and continues to rank among the top lots.
