The coffee for this month was Gesha from El Placer (1650 – 2000 masl), located in Calarcá, Quindio, Colombia, run by the producer Sebastian Ramirez. Mathieu went to his farm and purchased this lot and other lot (natural), thinking of showcasing Sebastian’s beautiful work. His coffee was also highly appreciated at WBC 2024 in Busan (6th place!)

Because the coffee was processed as white honey processed, we enjoy clean and gentle sweetness. We can have a cup of flavours being orange candy, Sencha and Elderflower.
