The coffee for this month was Pink Bourbone from La Riviera (1500 masl), located in Colombia, run by the producer Julio Cesar Madrid.

The coffee was processed as Washed Anaerobic 1 day.

A coffee for summer, refreshing reminding me of a peach ice tea. You will tea qualities such a white tea when hot and black tea when cold.

We can have a cup of flavours being Peach, Earl Grey, Rose hips.
