MAME Specialty Coffee

Heart of the Colombian Coffee Axis

Café Uba sits in the hills of Arabia, just outside Pereira in Colombia's coffee axis. It's the specialty label of Café Fino SAS, a third-generation growing family led by Julio Andrés Quiceno. Together they farm four sites: Finca Milán, in production since 1982, Finca Buenos Aires, established in 1998, plus Capri and La Riviera, which was built as a dedicated processing facility for their more adventurous fermentations. Alongside classic washed and natural lots, they work with nitro fermentation, carbonic maceration and double fermentation across Pink Bourbon, Purple Caturra, Castillo Naranjal and Yellow Caturra.

The Farms

Made up of 4 distinct farms

La Riviera

In our continuous quest to advance and enhance our expertise in specialty coffee production, La Riviera is born. A haven of experiences and sensations, it stands proudly as the producer of some of Colombia's finest specialty coffees. La Riviera represents a fusion of skills, meticulously selecting the finest coffee beans, ensuring the utmost respect and precision in every process, and dedicating ourselves to delivering to your table a singular cup of coffee. Our aim is to unveil flavors and aromas that gracefully convey the intricate layers, beauty, and cultural richness of the Colombian coffee region to the palate of every consumer.

Finca Milán

Located in the village of Betulia (Arabia district, Pereira), Finca Milán has been producing all types of coffee since 1982, including Pink Bourbon, Purple Caturra, Caturra, Colombia, and Castillo Naranjal. This is where we develop our unique processes, such as Culturing and Nitro fermentation. We also process our coffees using more traditional methods like Washed and Natural. The farm also protects three natural springs and features biological corridors of guadua bamboo.

Finca Buenos Aires

In the village of El Hogar (Arabia district, Pereira) lies Finca Buenos Aires, a coffee paradise that has been producing specialty coffee since 1998. Our farm grows varieties such as Pink Bourbon, Caturra, Purple Caturra, Castillo, and Yellow Caturra, using washed, anaerobic, natural, honey, carbonic maceration, and double fermentation processes. The farm also stands out for its commitment to sustainability, protecting five natural springs and maintaining biological corridors for birds and other native species.
