We aim to inspire the best baristas and brewers!
The founders Emi and Mathieu met over coffee championships and wanted to create a community that can enjoy specialty coffee at its best.
MAME was born in 2016 and named after ‘beans’ in Japanese – as the reference to the Japanese culture means dedication towards specialty coffee and fascination within.
The coffee championships have been the start and the continuous journey at MAME to keep learning, it’s an amazing way to go beyond the limit, to gain knowledge and friendships.

MAME has been on the world stage since 2015, in the finals since 2018 and this exciting journey continues.
We started to source and roast its own coffees in 2020, aiming for the best balance in cups as espresso roast and juicy vibrancy in cups as filter roast. By choosing coffees, each coffee is thought through and addressed in our flavour wheel.
Whether you would like to casually enjoy your coffee or celebrate it at a special occasion – we hope you find your favourite coffee among our collection.
