{"id":2609,"date":"2024-12-16T10:10:49","date_gmt":"2024-12-16T09:10:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mame.coffee\/?post_type=product&#038;p=2609"},"modified":"2025-02-28T12:28:02","modified_gmt":"2025-02-28T11:28:02","slug":"december-2024","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/mame.coffee\/ja\/product\/december-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"December 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The coffee for this month was <strong>Caturra<\/strong> from La Riviera<b>\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(1500 masl), located in Colombia, run by the producer Julio Cesar Madrid.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The coffee was <strong>aerobically<\/strong> co-fermentated with pineapple for 24 hours, then <strong>anaerobically<\/strong> with coconuts another 24 hours. The both periods of time are with bacteria and yeast, where active fermentations happened.<\/p>\n<p>The same farm as the last month November, but completely different spin!
