The lot was Gesha, fermented for 4 days in <\/span><b>blue tanks <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">anaerobically and dreid slowly (<\/span><b>ASD<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">) for 20-30 days.
