{"id":1180,"date":"2024-07-03T10:23:09","date_gmt":"2024-07-03T08:23:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mame.coffee\/?post_type=product&#038;p=1180"},"modified":"2024-09-02T10:18:06","modified_gmt":"2024-09-02T08:18:06","slug":"august-2024","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/mame.coffee\/ja\/product\/august-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"August 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The coffee for this month was Red <strong>Gesha<\/strong> from Finca <b>La Negrita <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(1800 &#8211; 2200masl), located in Tolima, Colombia, run by the producer <\/span><b>Mauricio Shattah. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mauricio, being a doctor and businessman, has a clear view and knowledge to design dynamic and complex flavours for each coffee he cultivates.
