The producer <\/span><b>Jamison Savage<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> is really innovative and forward thinking in terms of processings at the farm. For this lot he named it as<\/span><b> Parabolic<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, which was done with carefully sorted and ripe Gesha cherries. They were placed in the sealed stainless steel tanks for 100 hours in a controlled <\/span><b>anaerobic<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> environment. Then the cherries were depulped and dried on Jamison\u2019s special African beds for 20 days.
