La Negrita is a fruit bomb with an incredible aromas. In the nose, you will find beautiful notes of strawberries and in the cup you will find notes of Fig, Red grape and Rhubarb jam.

The producer of this incredible coffee is Mauricio Shattah. Before being a producer of exceptional coffees, Mauricio is a professor of biology. He applies his knowledge to process his coffee giving not only intense fruits flavors but also very clean cup.
